This means that under NO CIRCUMSTANCE will we offer a refund. All of our events are prepaid events and we are required to pay for travel, hotel, site locations and other expenses whether or not you attend so we must adhere strictly to our NO REFUND POLICY.
In most cases we do our best to TRY to help resell tickets to others when the opportunity arises. This is not our obligation or responsibility, it is a courtesy that we offer to try and help.
